Encore Interiors could not function without high quality and well maintained merchandise that we get from our valued consignors.  Perhaps you are moving into the area, or moving out and your furniture just doen't work for you anymore. Just because it doesn’t work in your home, doesn’t mean that somebody else won’t be thrilled with it. 

Condition:  To be saleable in our store, the merchandise must be in good to mint condition. Evaluating your furniture on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, we look for pieces that are in between a 7 and a 10. If you have pets or allow smoking in your home, please insure the furniture is free of any associated odor.  All items must have an initial asking price of $15. 

Style:  We welcome quality items that have a timeless sense of style.  Furniture, like clothing, can go in and out of style.  Out of date furniture can be well constructed and in pristine condition, but if the style is not saleable today, then we would not be able to handle your merchandise.

What is Accepted?

Home decor accessories, china, crystal, flatware, area rugs, pictures, paintings, floral arrangements and of course furniture of all kinds.  All items must be clean, polished and in good repair (no chips, cracks, holes, tears and stains).  All items must have an initial asking price of $15 or more.  Acceptance is always dependent on condition and space availability in the store. 

Why Consign?  

SAFETY:  Why risk strangers in your home?  With consignment, you don’t have to, and if you sell your furniture yourself you risk getting a bad check and receiving nothing for your items. 

CONVENIENCE:  Selling on your own means sitting at home, setting up appointments that are often “no-shows”.  With consignment, you carry on your normal schedule and we display your items here.

ADVERTISING:  Not only are we located in a high traffic area, we also have a continuous advertising program to bring new customer to our showroom daily.  Why waste your own money with a newspaper ad?  Here they will see your items displayed in a tasteful setting with accessories. 

FAST SALE:   75% of our inventory sells within the first month!  Sometimes items sell in the first week because we reach out to potential buyers!
